Corporate governance

Vertical Ventures is a public limited liability company that is regulated by Swedish corporate law, foremost by the Swedish Companies Act (Sw. aktiebolagslagen (2005:551)). The Company follows the rules and recommendations that applies to companies with shares listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market. In addition to legislation, rules and recommendations, the Articles of Association form the basis for the governance of the Company’s operations.

Following the listing on Nasdaq First North Growth Market the Company will not be required to comply with the corporate governance rules of the Swedish Corporate Governance Code (Sw. Svensk kod för bolagsstyrning). This is due to the fact that First North is not considered to be a regulated market.
